Digital Features are designed to assist with recording, review, training, and performance analysis. They are not guaranteed to identify, classify, detect, measure, time, or interpret every event accurately in every environment or use case.

Results may be affected by factors including lighting, visibility, weather, distance, target appearance, camera angle, device position, motion, obstruction, connectivity, battery level, software version, calibration, user setup, and other technical or environmental conditions.

Any AI-generated or software-generated result, including detection, classification, timing, measurement, scoring, shot analysis, hit/miss analysis, directional analysis, recommendations, or overlays, may contain errors, omissions, delays, or false detections. Such outputs are provided as supplemental information and training assistance only.

You should not rely on Digital Features as the sole basis for decisions involving personal safety, firearm handling, range commands, legal compliance, medical matters, emergency response, or other safety-critical activities. Users remain responsible for safe operation, situational awareness, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, range rules, facility requirements, and product instructions.

HAWKVEIL does not represent that Digital Features constitute an official scoring system, certified timing system, match-officiating tool, diagnostic system, or legally authoritative measurement unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific feature or service.

When using camera, microphone, or recording features, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, recording, consent, intellectual property, venue, and other laws or rules. You should obtain any consent required by law or by the location in which recording occurs.

Some Digital Features may require a compatible mobile device, application, account, network connection, firmware, or software update. Compatibility and feature availability may vary by device, region, software version, or product generation.

We may add, improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue Digital Features as products and software evolve.

Updates may change how a feature operates, its interface, supported devices, accuracy, availability, or technical requirements.

Nothing in this Section limits any express written warranty or any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
